Chuffeyrating- Barry Norman Pickled Onions

April 8th, 2010

First up for a Chuffeyrating is a fine example of bizarre brand linkage. What do you think of when you think of Barry Norman, films maybe?

Pickled onions are what you should be thinking of.

You see Barry Norman never buys pickled onions he simply makes his own. You can find out more at http://www.pickleodeon.co.uk/pickles.html

Be warned they really are Hot & Spicy and best suited for the pickled onion aficionada. Here at Chuffeytowers we like them, and regularly sit down with a jar in front of a good film. We pick up our fix at the Avoca foodhall on the Naas road http://www.avoca.ie/

Chuffeyguide

April 8th, 2010

Here at Chuffeytowers we are constantly looking around for new ideas and creative inspiration. We like what we like.

From fonts to cheese sandwiches, there are things all around us that give us ideas as we create visual communications to stand out in this increasingly complex postmodern world.

Some of you may be cynical of the above and think that the Chuffeyguide is simply a bit of fun and mainly because some of us (Liz) thought it might encourage people to send us free stuff (may we suggest food hampers).

Anyway whatever the reason -its here, its now, and it has a elaborate scoring system that results in a score out of 5.

Booklet survey

Recently completed design of a survey for Trinity College which goes out to Russian speakers in Ireland. The logo on the front translates as ‘our languages’.

In the slightly unlikely probability you happen to be a Russian speaker in Ireland the survey can also be filled out online here…
